Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the purchase of all services and products provided by Terra Dusa, PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including those offered through The Integration Variable and The Integration Variable Lab (collectively, "the Sites").

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Time-Based Services (Direct or Virtual Coaching)

Except as explicitly stated in this section, all sales for time-based services—including but not limited to direct or virtual coaching, consultations, and mental health education sessions—are final. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

1.1 Exception: Service Provider Non-Appearance

A refund for time-based services will only be considered under the following condition:

  • The service provider (coach or practitioner) failed to appear for the scheduled appointment.

  • The user provides documented proof of the non-appearance (e.g., screenshots of the empty virtual meeting room or correspondence confirming the missed appointment).

1.2 Proration of Service Refunds

In the event of a documented non-appearance, the refund will be limited strictly to the specific portion of the time where the service was not rendered. No refunds will be granted for any portion of the time or previous sessions already completed by the service provider.

2. Monthly Coaching Packages

For subscriptions or monthly coaching packages, refunds are available only for the portion of the service that has not yet been rendered.

  • Proration: Refunds will be prorated based on the value of services already received and completed within the billing cycle.

  • Administrative Calculation: The amount refunded will be the total package price minus the standard individual rate of the sessions/services already utilized.

3. Physical Products

We offer a 15-day return window for physical products purchased through our Sites.

3.1 Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original, unopened packaging.

3.2 Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be granted if:

  • The product is returned after the 15-day window.

  • The product is opened, used, or shows signs of wear and tear.

  • The product is damaged upon return due to improper packaging by the customer.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Unless the product arrived damaged or defective from our facility, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request for a service or a return for a physical product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Notification: Send a request to sales@theintegrationvariable.com within the applicable timeframe.

  2. Documentation: Include your order number and, for service non-appearance, the required documented proof.

  3. Review: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the returned product or reviewing the service documentation.

  4. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with the consumer protection regulations of the State of Washington and the City of Seattle. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to remain in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
