Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") applies to all products purchased from Terra Dusa, PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including purchases made through The Integration Variable and The Integration Variable Lab (collectively, "the Sites").

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize standard shipping methods unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the shipment being initiated.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Terra Dusa, PLLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

In accordance with Washington State law, sales tax is calculated based on the destination address of the shipment for all orders delivered within Washington.

5. Damages and Missing Packages

Terra Dusa, PLLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers and will assist in the claims process where possible.

Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@theintegrationvariable.com within 7 days of the "delivered" date so we can assist in an investigation with the carrier.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team directly to determine eligibility and rates.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; however, some oversized items or specific health-related products may require a physical residential or business address for delivery. You will be notified at checkout if your address is ineligible for a specific product.
