Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Terra Dusa, PLLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing exceptional mental health education and coaching services. To ensure that each client receives the time and attention they deserve, we maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. By scheduling an appointment through The Integration Variable or The Integration Variable Lab, you agree to the following terms: 1. The 24-Hour Rule If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time. 2. Late Cancellations and Rescheduling Any request to cancel or reschedule an appointment made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be considered a "Late Cancellation." Financial Responsibility: In the event of a Late Cancellation, the client will be charged the full fee for the scheduled session. Pre-paid Sessions: For clients utilizing pre-paid packages or monthly subscriptions, one (1) session will be deducted from your remaining balance for every Late Cancellation. 3. No-Shows If a client fails to appear for a scheduled session (virtual or direct) without any prior notification, it will be documented as a "No-Show." No-shows are subject to the full session fee, and no refunds or credits will be provided. 4. Provider Non-Appearance In the rare event that your coach or service provider is unable to attend a scheduled session and fails to provide notice, you will not be charged. In such cases, you will have the option to: Reschedule the session at no additional cost. Receive a full refund for that specific session (per the terms of our Refund Policy). 5. How to Cancel or Reschedule To ensure your request is time-stamped correctly, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via: Email: info@theintegrationvariable.com Client Portal: Through the scheduling link provided in your confirmation email (if available). Note: Please check your junk/spam folder for confirmation of your cancellation request. 6. Emergencies We understand that true emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of Terra Dusa, PLLC on a case-by-case basis. 7.
